Refund policy

At Maison de Strands, your satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

We only accept returns if:

• The wrong item was shipped, or

• The product is faulty upon arrival.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
